My intention is to create a safe, nurturing, and reverent space for you to realize healing, personal growth and forward movement in your life.

I offer Reiki; energetic hands-on healing to balance and heal your body, heart, and mind. I also offer Hypnotherapy to facilitate clearing away what no longer serves you and to help you reconnect to what most enlivens and empowers you.

My work is especially helpful to people who are undergoing crisis, change, or illness, or who find themselves at a crossroads.
